3-Day Exchange Policy

At PRO1 Shoes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused.
• In the same condition in which it was received.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for another available size or product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement.

Refunds

PRO1 Shoes currently offers exchanges only. We do not offer refunds, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
